FINAL FORM Exemplary walls give rise to new Rockies Redi-Rock International, the developer of a large block retaining wall system with 120 licensed producers across North America and Europe, has named winning Rocky Award projects. The annual program honors the best Redi-Rock walls built in three different categoriesā€”Residential, Freestanding and Water Application. Additionally, a People's Choice award is given to a project chosen by the general public in an online vote. Awards were presented at the Redi-Rock Annual Producer Meeting in Florida earlier this year. Signature Stone of Greeley, Colo., received Residential Wall of the Year Freestanding Wall of the Year went to Grand Rapids Gravel for renovation for the Ledgestone texture gravity walls. They replaced several failed at Grand Valley State University's Lubbers Stadium. Elevation of the football small block MSE walls along the home's driveway. ļ¬eld was dropped by 6 ft., requiring 9,200 sq. ft. of Redi-Rock. Brighton, Mich.-based Redi-Wall won Water Application Wall of the Year for the Caseville Resort & Marina project, which included replacing a failing dry-cast retaining wall with a 26.5-ft. tall Redi-Rock Cobblestone gravity wall. 48 | MARCH 2013 Paxton Precast of Dalmatia, Pa., was awarded the People's Choice Rocky Award for a series of walls at the Sunbury Riverfront.
