RCC HYDRO The dual plant setup shows an original plant from 2003, which served on the McAlpine Lock & Dam in Louisville, Ky. (see Concrete Products, January 2005). The plant to the right is an all-new model fabricated by Plant Outfitters to match the original plant (no longer in production by the manufacturer). Each plant was fit with dry flake ice day tank and batcher, and a new Sicoma 7-cu.-yd., twin- shaft multipurpose mixer. Note the skid mounting atop quadrated sea container design.
