Rebar tool specialist Max USA Corp. has promoted John W. Dominice III from vice pres - ident to senior vice president of Sales. Management cred- its him with increasing the brand's market penetration, boosting sales volume, and creating greater brand aware- ness for its industrial products. With almost 20 years of service at Max USA and an MBA from Stony Brook University in New York, Dominice will continue to oversee sales and marketing in the Americas, managing a 16-member team. Olds, Alberta-based volumetric mixer truck specialist ProAll Inter- national Manufacturing has appointed Michael Powell as chief executive officer. A Chartered Professional Accountant and 25-year veteran of various senior roles in construction materials and manu- facturing, he most recently served as president and CEO of Calgary's Burnco Rock Products.
