Brown's Concrete Products of Sudbury, Ontario, made a complex residential project both possible and more economical with Rosetta Hard-
scapes products. The project consisted of transforming an unusable backyard space due to extreme grade changes into an outdoor living
area. Contractor Belsey Excavating & Landscape used natural stone in the front yard but suggested transitioning to Rosetta Hardscapes for
the backyard to meet the homeowner's desire for a quick installation. Over 10 loads of Rosetta Hardscapes products including Outcropping,
Belvedere Walls and Fire Pit, and both Irregular and Dimensional Steps were used.
Castohn of Lakewood, Wash., was awarded for its creative use of Rosetta Belvedere and Dimensional Coping to build an affordable seating
area for Issaquah Highlands' community park. The planned community and neighborhood officials wanted a solution that was reminiscent
of natural rock formations. The project used 1,600 square feet of Rosetta Belvedere freestanding seat walls and corner, topped with 714
linear feet of Dimensional Coping in a custom Castohn color called Western Bluff to match the surrounding landscape.
