Practical solutions. The Project: Casting stairs can be cumbersome, especially when several different product configurations are called for. That was the case, for Molin Concrete Products in Lino Lakes Minnesota in supplying the precast elements for the University of Nebraska Community Facility. The Challenge: In addition to a form to cast typical stair flights, Molin requested a stair form that could be adjusted to cast eight different product configurations with four treads and landings. The Solution: The adjustable stair form with integral top and bottom landings was supplied with block-outs and fillers to produce mirrored products with the hand rail moving from left to right. Fillers and adjustable headers were used to change the length and width of the landings and the width of the treads. The pieces fit together like a puzzle and provided a productive, easy to use solution to a complicated project. When your next project calls for innovative, custom designed formwork and plant production solutions, call on Hamilton Form to deliver. 817-590-2111 or visit: Hamilton Form Company, Ltd. 7009 Midway Road • Fort Worth, Texas 76118 "Hamilton Form provided a stair form that saved us set-up time and labor.
