Caterpillar Inc. has appointed Ogi Redzic as vice president, Digital Enabled Solutions Divi- sion, spanning the manufacturer's data analytics group, enterprise data hub, equipment man- agement tools, Cat Connect technologies and customer experience portals. Redzic brings 20-plus years' experience in delivering such solutions as connected vehicles and autonomous technologies, most recently in the automotive industry. He previously served as senior vice president of Connected Vehicles and Mobility Services at Renault Nissan Alliance, Paris. Max USA Corp., Mineola, N.Y.-based concrete reinforcing tool specialist, has named Scott Hull as East Midwest regional sales executive. He brings nearly 20 years' sales and territory management experience in the automotive and power tool industries, including positions with aftermarket retailers Advance Auto Parts and AutoZone. Prior to the automotive industry, Hull worked in the power tool business with the Pen- tair Tool Group and Freud America. Max USA has also appointed Michael Butti as Mid-Southeastern regional sales executive. Based in Atlanta, he arrives with 20-plus years in the tool, fastener and construction busi- nesses. He has worked with manufacturers to identify project opportunities and called on a variety of contractors, subcontractors and construction supply houses to sell tools and fasteners for commercial construction projects. He is a Powers Fasteners Anchoring School and Chrysler School of Quality Improvement graduate and Certified Powder Actuated Tool instructor.
