"BFS has a history of developing and producing high quality prefabricated concrete-production machinery," says Daniel Bühler, co-managing director of Blaubeuren, Germany-based BFS. "Combining with HawkeyePedershaab greatly enhances the solutions we can offer to our collective customer bases." The merger will see Bühler and co-managing director Klaus Mueller continue with the business. It is the second major move for Hawkeye- Pedershaab under St. Louis-based BW Forsyth Partners, which acquired the company in September 2016 and closed a strategic bolt-on deal for New Hampton Metal Fabrication Corp. last fall.
